      In view of the complex raw materials and harsh operating environment typical of the fruit crate industry, Kuangyou Plastic Machinery, drawing on more than 20 years of industry experience, has carried out a comprehensive upgrade of its dedicated fruit crate injection molding machine and perfected the production process to meet the manufacturing requirements of all kinds of fruit, vegetable and aquatic product crates. The main technical highlights that set it apart from ordinary injection molding machines are as follows:

1. Control System

- Equipped with a dedicated controller from a major brand, featuring fast response and high control precision.  

- A larger display screen of the same series is adopted, showing more data and enabling more convenient operation.

2. Hydraulic System

- Fitted with a dedicated high-torque plasticizing motor, which increases the plasticizing speed and product molding stability.  

- Adopts a large-diameter oil circuit system for faster response.  

- Uses world-renowned hydraulic components for more stable operation and more precise control.

3. Power System

- Fully upgraded to a high-power servo system, providing robust power for the entire machine, greatly increasing running speed, shortening the production cycle, and improving production efficiency.  

- For special machines requiring even higher speed and energy efficiency, a dual servo system combined with dual oil circuits is adopted.

4. Plasticizing System

- To handle complex fruit crate raw materials, and based on extensive hands‑on experience, a specially designed fully hardened alloy screw and barrel has been developed, greatly enhancing the plasticizing speed and service life.

5. Clamping System  

- Applying the design concept of high-speed machines, the rigidity and strength of the clamping unit, injection unit and machine frame have been optimized and reinforced, allowing the machine to run more stably and last longer.  

- The mold opening stroke and the distance between tie bars have also been increased, making the machine more suitable for deep-cavity products such as fruit and vegetable crates and aquatic product crates.
